Acceptance and eligibility
These draft Terms govern access to BloomPhases services made available by GIFTING OCCASIONS COMPANY LLC. BloomPhases is intended for adults; final minimum-age and availability policies remain under review.
Educational and self-management use only
BloomPhases provides educational and self-management information based on what you choose to enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, contraception, fertility guarantees, or pregnancy determinations.
Account responsibility and acceptable use
Protect your sign-in methods and use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s data, interfere with the service, or harm people, systems, or rights.
Intellectual property
BloomPhases content, design, and software are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Current no-commerce status
The deployed M5 web service has no live purchase, trial, restore, subscription entitlement, or payment flow. Any future paid service will disclose its price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. Final attorney-reviewed terms will include limitation-of-liability language and required consumer rights.
