What this notice covers
GIFTING OCCASIONS COMPANY LLC (BloomPhases) is the controller for this draft notice. Contact privacy@bloomphases.com. BloomPhases is a wellness and self-management service, not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or fertility care.
Information we process
We process anonymous account identifiers and optional email or Google identity-linking data; voluntary onboarding answers such as period-start dates, predictability, bleeding duration, goals, and reproductive-health context; limited technical/security data; and messages you send to support. We use these categories to operate, secure, and support the service.
Consumer-health data
Voluntary menstrual, bleeding, symptom, reproductive-health-context, and similar information is treated as sensitive consumer-health data. We use it only to operate the requested BloomPhases experience. M5 design excludes health data from URLs, generic navigation persistence, analytics, logs, and error messages.
Service providers
Firebase Authentication supports account identity, Supabase/PostgreSQL stores owner-scoped application data, and Vercel hosts the public web experience. Providers process information only to provide their services to us.
No sale or targeted-ad sharing
BloomPhases does not sell consumer-health data. In the current product scope, we do not share consumer-health data for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
Your choices and requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or more information, email privacy@bloomphases.com. We may need to verify your identity. Exact retention periods remain under review before launch.
